Tokyo, Japan
Temple gates, neon streets, a trip to Tokyo Dome and more snacks than anyone will admit to. June in Tokyo was all about wandering, window-shopping and stopping for anything that looked delicious.
Seoul, Korea
We dressed up in hanbok, walked the grand courtyards of Gyeongbokgung Palace, got lost among the giant bookshelves of Starfield Library and spent a breezy day by the lake. Seoul in July was a whole mood.
Zhangjiajie, China
Those towering sandstone pillars look like something out of a movie, because they are. We rode the cliff-side Bailong Elevator up into the clouds, soaked in the views, then came back down for street food and shopping.
Home Sweet Home
Between the big trips, the best adventures happen around the dinner table. Long lunches, birthday-sized banquets, boat rides on the river and way too many selfies.
